CareArmor is looking for qualified CPR, First Aid, and AED instructors to teach under our program. We handle the backend — certification processing, compliance, and course structure. You bring the skills and show up ready to teach.
CareArmor instructors focus on what they do best — delivering quality hands-on training. Our team manages the full certification system, compliance requirements, and administrative backend so you can stay focused on the room.
A structured program, a credentialed affiliation, and a team behind you — so you can focus on teaching.
Teach under an HSI-affiliated program. The certifications your students receive are nationally recognized and accepted by employers, schools, and healthcare organizations.
CareArmor handles enrollment, certification processing, compliance tracking, and card delivery. You show up, run the skills session, and move on.
Students complete online coursework through our system before arriving for their in-person skills check — so they show up prepared and your time isn't wasted on basics.
The CareArmor team is available to support you with materials, questions, and credentialing needs. You're not working alone.
Everything is documented up front — responsibilities, compensation structure, and scheduling expectations. No guesswork, no surprises.
As CareArmor expands its student volume and agency partnerships, instructors who perform well have the opportunity to take on more sessions and agency-level work.
We work with instructors who are credentialed, professional, and ready to deliver a quality experience to every student.
You must hold a current, non-expired CPR/First Aid/AED certification. We'll ask for documentation as part of the inquiry process.
An active instructor-level certification is preferred. If you're working toward one or have relevant training experience, still apply — we review each application individually.
Skills sessions are held at our Oregon City location. You should be able to reliably travel to 20000 S Ferguson Rd, Suite 4, Oregon City, OR 97045.
Students rely on you for a clear, safe, and professional experience. We're looking for instructors who take that responsibility seriously.
