• Course Access: Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the course materials through our student portal. Course access is granted to the individual enrollee only and may not be shared or transferred.
• Certification: This is a blended course. Upon successful completion of the online coursework and your in-person skills assessment with a certified instructor, your certificate will be delivered to you via email within 1 business day. CareArmor CPR certifications are accepted by employers, schools, and organizations.
• Certification Validity: CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are valid for the period specified on your certificate. It is your responsibility to renew your certification before it expires.
• Academic Integrity: You agree to complete all coursework and assessments honestly and without unauthorized assistance. We reserve the right to revoke certifications obtained through dishonest means.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

• Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
• Payment: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our courses, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. REAL EMERGENCY SITUATIONS ARE INHERENTLY UNPREDICTABLE, AND SUCCESSFUL OUTCOMES DEPEND ON MANY FACTORS BEYOND THE SCOPE OF ANY TRAINING PROGRAM.
